Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We stand behind our premium golf accessories and accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
- For hygiene reasons, Beverage Holders and Golf Tees cannot be returned unless defective

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
- Exchanges: Shipped once we receive your return, with standard shipping times applying
Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
