Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our premium golf accessories and accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • For hygiene reasons, Beverage Holders and Golf Tees cannot be returned unless defective

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval:

    Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Package Your Item:

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

  4. Ship Your Return:

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
  • Exchanges: Shipped once we receive your return, with standard shipping times applying

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
