Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, Beverage Holders and Golf Tees cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing
- Exchanges: Will be shipped once we receive your return, with standard shipping times applying
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs fees that are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
