Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does order processing take?
Our Nashville-based team processes orders within 1-2 business days with the same care we’d want for our own golf equipment. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to passionate golfers across the globe, excluding some Asian and remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I ship to my golf club instead of my home?
Absolutely! Many of our customers have their orders delivered directly to their clubhouse. Just provide the club’s address during checkout and include your name in the shipping information so the club can identify your package.

We stand behind our products like a caddie stands behind their golfer. You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Some exclusions may apply.

What if my golf equipment arrives damaged?

Can I exchange an item for a different product?
